Privacy Policy

Last updated 12 October 2026

This policy explains what personal information iQube collects through iqubeagency.com, why we collect it, how we look after it and the choices you have.

1. Who we are

This website is operated by iQube (“iQube”, “we”, “us”), a digital agency with studios in Doha, Miami and Algiers. We are the organisation responsible for the personal information described here.

  • Floor 16, Tornado Tower, No. 17, Media City Qatar, Doha
  • 848 Brickell Avenue PH5, Miami, FL 33131, United States
  • Rue Sidi Yahia, Lot Paradou, Promotion Zerka, Hydra, Algiers, Algeria

For anything to do with this policy or your personal information, write to contact@iqubeagency.com.

2. The short version

  • We collect what you send us, mainly through the enquiry form and Ask iQube, and a few technical details about your visit.
  • We set no cookies for visitors, and we run no advertising or cross-site tracking.
  • Questions you put to Ask iQube, and briefs you ask us to read, are processed by Google’s Gemini AI service to write the answer. We don’t keep them unless you attach them to an enquiry.
  • We keep enquiries only as long as we need them to answer you and, if you become a client, to work with you.

3. Information you give us

When you send an enquiry or contact us, we collect the details you provide — typically your name, email address, phone number, company, website, the services you are interested in, your goals, budget range and timing, and a description of your project. We email you a confirmation of what you sent, and the studio that handles your enquiry receives a copy.

If you describe your project “in your own words”, or add a PDF brief, we send the text or the PDF to our AI service so it can fill in the form for you to check (see section 5). The PDF itself is not kept. What you write is saved only if you then send the enquiry, as part of it.

4. Information collected automatically

We do not set cookies for visitors and we do not use advertising trackers. To understand how the site is used and where visits come from, we count which steps of a form are reached and note the page you arrived on, the site that referred you and any campaign parameters in the link you followed. These, and your answers to a form you haven’t sent yet, are held in your browser’s session storage, which is cleared when you close the tab. They are never shared for advertising.

Our servers also keep ordinary technical logs (such as IP address, browser and time of request) for security and troubleshooting, and note addresses on the site that people tried to reach but that don’t exist, so we can fix broken links. In our statistics we tell visitors apart by a value that changes each day, rather than by an identifier kept on your device. We use the country your visit comes from, which our hosting provider reads from your IP address, to send your enquiry to the nearest studio.

5. Ask iQube and other AI features

Ask iQube, the assistant on our home page, sends your messages and the conversation so far to Google’s Gemini API, together with the country your visit comes from, so it can answer and point you to the nearest studio. We don’t store the conversation on our servers. If you choose to attach it to an enquiry, it is saved with that enquiry. Please don’t share sensitive personal information with it.

Voice. Dictation and having answers read aloud use your browser’s own speech features, and only work after you allow the microphone. In some browsers, including Google Chrome, speech recognition is carried out on the browser maker’s servers, under its terms rather than ours. We receive only the resulting text.

Inside our team, the same AI service helps us summarise enquiries and draft first replies, which a person reads and edits before anything is sent. Enquiries are also scored automatically from their answers, to help us decide which to answer first. A person reads every enquiry, and the score never decides on its own whether we reply.

6. How we use it

  • to reply to your enquiry and prepare a proposal;
  • to answer your questions through Ask iQube;
  • to deliver and manage any project we agree to carry out;
  • to keep our records and meet our accounting and legal obligations;
  • to improve this website and our services.

7. Our legal bases

Where the GDPR or a similar law applies, we rely on: your consent, when you submit an enquiry; our legitimate interests, in running and improving our business and answering the questions you ask us; the performance of a contract, when you become a client; and compliance with our legal obligations. You can withdraw consent at any time.

8. Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the site and our business, and only as far as they need it, under contracts that require them to protect it:

  • Vercel, which hosts the website;
  • Neon, which hosts our database;
  • Cloudflare, which stores files we upload to the site;
  • Resend, which sends our emails;
  • Google, whose Gemini API powers the AI features described in section 5.

Some images on the site are loaded from third-party image hosts, which receive your IP address as part of delivering them. We may also disclose information where the law requires it.

9. International transfers

We work across Qatar, the United States and Algeria, and our providers may store data in other countries. Where we transfer personal data out of the EEA or the UK, we use appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

10. How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for as long as we need to deal with your request and, if you become a client, for the period required by our contracts and by law. We delete or anonymise information that is no longer needed.

11. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. To exercise any of these, email contact@iqubeagency.com. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

12. Children

This site is meant for businesses and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

13. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of the page shows when it last changed.

14. Contact

Questions about this policy or your information can be sent to contact@iqubeagency.com.
